Effective Date: October 1, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the IRE Global Advisory website. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
1. General Information
This website provides general information about IRE Global Advisory (“IRE”) and its services. Website content is provided for informational and marketing purposes and should not be treated as legal, financial, cybersecurity, investigative, security, employment, or other regulated professional advice.
2. No Client Relationship
Viewing this website, sending an email, or requesting information does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, employment, or confidential relationship with IRE.
A client relationship is created only through a written agreement signed by IRE and the client. The applicable engagement agreement will control if it conflicts with these Terms.
Do not send sensitive or confidential information before IRE confirms that it can receive and appropriately protect that information.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Intelligence assessments, risk analyses, training, strategic recommendations, coaching, and related services involve professional judgment and may depend on incomplete, changing, or uncertain information.
IRE does not guarantee that every risk, threat, vulnerability, opportunity, or future event will be identified or prevented. IRE also does not guarantee any particular operational, financial, employment, promotional, security, or organizational outcome.
Clients remain responsible for their decisions, actions, legal compliance, security measures, and implementation of recommendations.
4. Information Sources and Access
IRE conducts engagements using publicly available information, client-provided information, and platforms or information sources that the client lawfully authorizes IRE to access.
When specialized commercial databases or third-party services are required, availability, licensing, authorized access, and additional costs will be addressed in the applicable engagement agreement.
IRE does not authorize or participate in unlawful access, unauthorized surveillance, hacking, misrepresentation, acquisition of restricted information, or other illegal collection activity.
5. Independent Contractors and Advisors
Professionals presented as advisors or members of an IRE engagement team may provide services as independent contractors or subject-matter advisors and are not necessarily employees of IRE.
Engagement teams are assembled according to client needs, required expertise, scope, potential conflicts, and professional availability. Specific personnel are not guaranteed unless identified in a written engagement agreement.

9. Website Availability and Accuracy
IRE endeavors to keep website information accurate and current but does not warrant that all information will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. IRE may change or remove website content at any time.
